We target affordable housing located on the west side of Dallas. We aim to leverage recent infrastructure investments in nearby hospitals, airports and freeways. Our target neighborhoods span from Bachman Lake in the north to Wynnewood in the south.
We look to offset credit risk associated with workforce housing by selecting locations with inherent benefits/amenities such as proximity to schools, grocery-anchored retail or jobs. We often target neighborhoods adjacent to gentrifying parts of the city.
We voluntarily work with the Dallas Housing Authority and other agencies. We accept housing vouchers and rental assistance support. We provide a high level of service to our tenants and immediately address maintenance requests.
