Matthew Flume
Matthew has 15 years of real estate investing experience. He started Worth Street Partners in 2018 with the goal to provide quality affordable housing in urban Dallas. He has a BS in Political Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He spent 10 years at Sarofim Realty Advisors in various acquisition and asset management roles.

Cole Burdette
Cole has extensive real estate experience having worked at JLL as an investment sales broker and at S2 as an asset manager. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics. At Worth Street, Cole is responsible for asset management and executing our renovation projects.
